Machine frame architecture

MAESTRO is available in multiple frame sizes — all designed with a granite base and precision bridge architecture for maximum stiffness and accuracy. Whether inspecting small components or large assemblies, MAESTRO maintains thermal mechanical stability, even at high acceleration and throughput.

Digital probes and sensors

The fully digital sensor ecosystem behind MAESTRO. MAESTRO’s performance is built on precision — and that starts with its digitally native sensors. Designed for flexibility, accuracy, and seamless integration, these sensors enable fast tactile probing, advanced scanning, and non-contact surface capture — all without compromising ease of use or system intelligence. Every sensor is exchangable via the digital changer rack, seamlessly integrated with MAESTRO’s digital twin, and ready for your application.

Embedded controller

MAESTRO includes a compact, built-in controller housed directly within the machine frame — reducing floor space requirements and eliminating the need for a separate control cabinet. This also simplifies cabling and streamlines initial setup and installation.

LEDs and display

Integrated LED status lights and a full-colour display on the Z-tower provide live machine feedback — from operating mode and system status to actionable warnings and prompts. Operators can quickly see and respond to what the machine needs, keeping workflows moving efficiently.

Smart Machine Eye (SME)

The embedded camera system allows operators and support teams to monitor MAESTRO remotely in real-time. Ideal for diagnostics, training, and downtime analysis, SME ensures transparency and control — with a manual blind for full privacy.
