NEW SYLVAC SCAN S65 SERIES
We are pleased to officially announce the launch of Sylvac's new Scan S65 Optical Measuring Machine, designed to push the boundaries of dimensional metrology in the most demanding production environments.
The Scan S65 is the direct successor to the F60, offering more features and a larger measuring range—at the same price. It brings major improvements in speed, repeatability, flexibility, and automation integration, fully aligned with Industry 4.0 requirements.
What's new with the Scan S65?
- Significantly faster measurements: scanning speed increased by +60%, rotation speed doubled
- Enhanced repeatability: improved from 1.8 µm (length) on the F60 to <1.0 µm (length) on the new S65
- Increased length capacity: improved from 300mm/500mm (length) on the F60/L to 350mm/700mm (length) on the new S65/L
- Sylvac’s exclusive Tilt system: for advanced thread measurement
- Motorized tailstock: essential for full automation integration
- Adjustable clamping force: adaptable to any type of part
